ProProcure, the leading Marketing Spend Management Company, has further extended their partnership with Pernod Ricard the world’s
co-leader in wine and spirits.

Geneus, ProProcure’s e-procurement platform has been successfully integrated with the internal JD Edwards’ ERP systems of Pernod Ricard brands’, Martell, Mumm, Perrier-Jouët and Havana Club.

ProProcure has been working with Pernod Ricard since 2005. Their marketing spend management platform recognises the complexity of Pernod Ricard’s decentralised structure and can be tailored to integrate with individual ERP systems. To date the system has been successfully integrated with the financial system of Chivas Brothers Limited giving the brand total spend visibility over all their marketing collateral.

Throughout the integration project ProProcure worked closely with the client teams and third party service providers to configure the existing bespoke integration, which is built using the industry standard AS2 protocol. By deploying the most effective resources and expertise to manage the project, ProProcure was also able to identify and implement other system enhancements which made it easier for the client teams to align their processes to the platform.
