How do I know if I need an Enterprise or a Supplier package?
The supplier pack is designed for anyone supplying products or services to their customers that needs to create a quotation. The Enterprise pack is for buying organisations that are looking to connect their suppliers with their eProcurement system to automate purchase requisitions.
What if I would like to change my package at any point?
If you find you would like to utilize more features within G-Quotes, or you have a requirement to add more user accounts, please contact us on +44 (0)20 3900 0600 and we can discuss your specific business needs.
Are there any restrictions on the number of quotes I can send?
There are currently no limitations on the number of quotes you can send with any G-Quotes package.
Can I send quotes to any of my customers or prospects?
You can send quotes to any of your customers, but in order to retrieve a quote, your customer must also hold a G-Quotes account. If you would like to on-board a customer, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call +44 (0)20 3900 0600.
Can I send quotes in different currencies?
Yes, there are 34 currencies available to select from when creating your quote, including GBP, EUR, USD, CNY and INR.
How do I connect my G-Quotes account to my customer's eProcurement system?
We will take care of the connection during your account set up process.
Which P2P systems does G-Quotes integrate with?
G-Quotes can be integrated with any major eProcurement system. To find out which systems we have standard API or PunchOut connections with, simply enquire below.
What is PunchOut?
“PunchOut” is a form of integration between 2 systems where information is exchanged automatically. It enables buyers that are using an eProcurement system to access a supplier’s online catalogue from within their own application.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, there is no physical contract to be signed. You will need to accept our standard terms of usage, which you can review during the registration process.
How will I access G-Quotes?
Once payment has been received you’ll be sent a welcome email with details on how to access your G-Quotes environment.
Are there any instructions or training materials for how to use G-Quotes?
Once you have been signed up and access to your account has been given, you will have access to training videos and tutorials.
What information do I need to provide to get started?
You will be sent a Client Subscription Form that will need to be filled out before we get you all set up – this should only take a few minutes. This includes:
- User information
- Company information
- Branding information
How do I set up payment?
Once you have completed the Client Subscription Form, we will send you a link via email which will take you to a secure page where you can fill out your credit card details. VAT receipts will be provided on a monthly basis.
Are there any setup fees?
No, as long as you are operating within the standard connection settings (See add ons for more information) of G-Quotes there will be no additional costs to the package price you have selected.
Can I cancel my subscription any time?
G-Quotes is provided on a monthly subscription, if at any point you wish to cancel your monthly subscription please contact us on email@example.com and your account will be deactivated effective from your next payment date.
